Terms and Conditions
1.Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit/full amount.

2. Final settlement of the services is required on the commencement date of the rental or guided tour.

3. Rent a Bicycle Franschhoek shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, additional cost, accident, delay, irregularity that may be occasioned by any error or default, act or omission by the client in carrying out the arrangements of a bicycle rental or a tour, or otherwise in connection therewith.

Cancellation Policy
Once deposits/full amounts have been received and processed they are refundable as per the conditions below:

Less than 48hrs before rental / tour = No refund
Less than 72 hrs before rental / tour = 50% refund
More than a week before rental / tour = 75% refund
